Closing the Resource Gap for Real Estate Consumers
One of the main reasons we created Negotiate the Comp was to fill the void of resources that existed for consumers to access should they need some guidance on the new flow of a real estate deal.
Prior to August 17, 2024, most consumers just signed what the agent gave to them without question. After that date, and with the NEW First Step in real estate in place, there are increasingly more reasons for consumers to be informed and do their due diligence. There are plenty of resources for real estate agents, designed to help them out, but not for consumers.
Enter NtC and our mission, which is to help inform consumers about the ins and outs of the new real estate transaction. While we have attempted to provide you with extensive information designed to help you go it alone, there are additional resources for you. To make it easier, we have created a quick list of additional resources, with a brief explanation of each.
Keep checking back – we will add more links as resources become available.
